Quick Start Guide

  • Your web browser times out after 20 minutes of inactivity. Any unsaved orders are lost if your browser times out. 
  • You can save your order at anytime by clicking the Save button.  This saves your order to the Retailer web site without submitting the order to us.
  • You can come back to any previously saved order on the view ORDERS page.
  • Availability quantities over 25 are displayed as '25'.
  • Click on the Style Name to popup Style Detail info and images.

Following is the list of things you can do with our Retailer Website
PLACE ORDER Enter orders and submit them to us online.
view ORDERS

View the status of all your orders with us - whether or not they were entered online.  View or clone previous orders to create new orders.  You can also choose to view/download all product images associated with an order.
view INVOICES View all of your invoices online including pament status, payment due dates, and track shipments through a link to UPS.
AVAILABILITY Create a custom filter to quickly view desired product availability.
DOWNLOAD Download Catalogs, Order forms, Castelli/Sportful Logos, and Product images.
SETTINGS Manage your ship-to locations and locations that appear on our castelli-us.com find-a-Retailer page.  Edit users who can use the retailer web as well as email addresses of users who should receive order confirmations and shipment notifications.
